collapsible container house installation instruction

video as follows

1.make sure the ground is on one level

2.install bottom main frame

Take bottom lifting point 4pcs，bottom main frame 4pcs,using bolt to connect as following picture shown

3. measure the diagonal line and make sure the bottom frame is square,then tighten the bottom frame

4.install bottom secondary frame

Take 40*80 tube steel 5pcs,80*80 tube steel 4pcs,using bolt to connect(bolt 12*60 is for 80*40 tube steel,bolt 12*100 is for 80*80 tube steel),as following picture shown

5.install post

Take post 4pcs,and use bolt to connect to bottom frame,please don’t tighten it

6.install top main frame

Take 4pcs top main frame,4pcs lifting point and use bolt to connect them to post,please don’t tighten it

7.frame adjustment

Measure the diagonal line of all sides ,then tighten the bolt on post

8.install wall sandwich panel,window and door

Install 3m wall firstly,top using U channel to cover,on top of U channel stick 2 rows of rubber seal

Then install 6m side wall,all using U channel and rubber seal to cover as following picture shown

fix wall panel to post strengthen frame using flat head screw 4.2*70,each panel with 3pcs screw

fix wall panel to bottom strengthen using flat head screw 4.2*70,each panel with 3pcs screw

Window and door can be installed any place according to your request

9.install MGO board

Take 5pcs mgo board and put it on floor structure,make sure the MGO board abut on the wall panel.

Use 3.2*32 flat head screw to fix it

10. install top of container house

after installation of one panel,please fix it to U channel using 5.5*100 self drilling screw,each corrugated place with one screw

after installation of one panel,please use sealant for the connection place

at end of each panel,use structural adhesive firstly then use styrofoam sealant

11. install PVC tile and use sealant to fix to MGO board

12. Install inside corner decoration

13. corners,window,door,etc (red lines as following picture shown)use structural adhesive
